
Ingredients
- 3 green jalapenos, deseeded and findely diced
- 1/3 bunch coriander
- juice of half a lime
- 1/2 tsp Urban Forager Veg Stock Concentrate
- splash of good olive oil
- finely diced green birdseye chilli (if you like it spicy)
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients by chopping as directed
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and serve at room temperature
