Need to return a product?

Change of Mind Returns

Considering a change with your purchase? While we’re confident you’ll love your product, we’ll gladly accept returns for sealed, unused items in re-saleable condition. Unfortunately, as our products are ingestible, we cannot process returns for opened items.

For return requests, email orders@urbanforager.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your goods, providing photo evidence for verification. If accepted, we’ll send a ‘return of goods’ form and the return address. Items must reach us within 14 days of your order, along with your sales invoice or order confirmation.

Please note, that return shipping is at your expense. We recommend Registered Post for tracking and insurance against loss, theft, or damage. Urban Forager will not be liable for uninsured parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Problems with delivery or shipping

Contact orders@urbanforager.com.au within 48 hours of receiving damaged items. Provide photo evidence for assessment and potential refund or exchange. We appreciate your patience in arranging a fault-free replacement.

Non-Refundable Items

Sale, free gifts, or promotional items are non-refundable.

In Store Purchases

Currently, we are unable to process online returns for any in-store purchases made at our authorised retailers. Kindly consult this Refunds & Returns policy exclusively for online orders. If you have bought from a physical store and are dissatisfied, please consult their returns policy.

Changes to this Returns Policy

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, Urban Forager reserves the right to amend this Refunds & Returns Policy at any given time.
