Free AU shipping for orders over $60 (after any discounts/vouchers are applied). For orders under the free shipping threshold, shipping will be calculated based on the delivery address.

International Shipping

We ship internationally but unfortunately it’s really expensive (approx. $25 AUD per jar)! That’s why our website doesn’t process international shipments so if you’d like a quote for freight please contact orders@urbanforager.com.au.

Freighters

We use several couriers for domestic postage: Australia Post and Aramex. Australia Post is our preferred courier for most postage for interstate and regional areas, while we use Aramex for Perth metro deliveries who generally ship next day. We always freight based on the best service in your area.

Delivery

We do not offer signature on delivery with our standard freight, your delivery will be placed in a safe place if no one is there to receive it. All Australia Post deliveries include tracking.

Currency

All prices are listed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).

We only use the fastest and safest forms of online payment. Our payment options are Paypal, G Pay and Credit/Debit Card.
